De functie
Lead measurement and evaluation of growth initiatives using advanced statistical methods and causal inference.
Develop and maintain a robust measurement framework for growth experiments, including marketing efficacy, attribution, and incrementality.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to identify opportunities and build data-driven solutions that optimize growth.
Contribute to data infrastructure and analytics products that support scalable user growth.
Translate complex analytics into actionable insights and clear recommendations for cross-functional partners.
Required qualifications include MSc/PhD or equivalent, 4+ years in data science with marketing-focused experience, expertise in statistics, causal inference, experimental design, SQL, Python, and R; experience with large datasets; gaming industry or multisided marketplaces preferred.
