De functie
Seeking a PhD candidate for a summer 2026 Machine Learning Engineer internship focused on building and deploying large-scale ML systems.
You will own end-to-end ML development—from problem framing and training to deployment, monitoring, and scaling of production models.
Projects may include foundation models and applications such as fraud detection, user behavior prediction, and automation of support workflows.
Collaborate across teams to incorporate feedback, communicate progress, and solve challenging data-driven problems.
Must have strong programming skills (Python, Scala) and ML tooling (Pandas, NumPy, Spark, Scikit-learn) with ML operations exposure.
Require pursuing a PhD with expected graduation winter 2026 or spring/summer 2027, ability to work independently, and intent to return to your degree program after the internship.
