De functie
Lead end-to-end ML initiatives for automated support and conversational AI, from problem framing to deployment and long-term maintenance.
Partner with risk, product, engineering, design, and operations to define long-term ML roadmaps informed by domain trends.
Shape team direction, identify new ML opportunities, and advise leadership on strategic tradeoffs.
Drive R&D on next-generation chatbot architectures using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and real-time inference.
Design, deploy, and maintain ML models powering customer-facing chatbots and internal agent tools, plus real-time recommendations.
Act as the technical representative for the team's systems, communicating progress and results to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
