De functie
Lead data analysis for global e-commerce products (merchant and creator flows) and shape operation strategy across markets.
Measure product performance across countries and regions and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Design, verify, and maintain event tracking systems and specifications for releases.
Develop monitoring solutions to reflect business changes in real time and explain fluctuations with clear reports.
Design and run A/B tests, selecting optimal product designs based on data performance after launch.
Collaborate with PM/Ops/R&D to implement optimization programs and build scalable data systems and user-friendly data products, while leading a team.
