Manage general liability matters from inception through resolution, including habitability and construction defect matters. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; participate in depositions and court appearances as experience grows. Take increasing ownership of assigned files and collaborate with partners for guidance in a hybrid schedule with two to three days in-office.
