De functie
Provide confidential administrative support to the School Director and Business Manager to help the school run smoothly.
Manage charter compliance tasks, Student Information System functions, notes, and confidential/public records with adherence to federal, state, and district policy.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate appointments and events; photograph school events.
Answer inbound calls and maintain organized filing systems; serve as recording secretary for the Board of Directors; ensure precise recordkeeping.
Draft correspondences and formal documents; implement organized processes and seek continuous improvement.
Support and maintain the school website; require high tech-savviness and strong written and verbal communication; qualifications include fingerprint clearance or willingness to obtain.
