De functie
Lead the regional event strategy for the Southern Private Bank, translating business objectives into compelling client experiences.
Plan and execute end-to-end events from concept through post-event evaluation, including calendar, budgets, vendor negotiations, and materials.
Oversee onsite logistics such as registration, AV needs, speaker coordination, staffing, and vendor coordination to ensure a seamless experience.
Drive data-driven insights with RSVP tracking and ROI analysis to measure impact and inform future initiatives.
Collaborate with bankers, product partners, and cross-functional teams to share resources and align event content with business strategy.
Expect occasional travel and flexible hours to accommodate early morning and late-evening events.
