De functie
Full-time Legal Writing Attorney to support personal injury and medical malpractice litigation from inception through appeal.
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, discovery motions, dispositive motions, and post-trial motions.
Draft appellate briefs and related filings while collaborating with attorneys to develop case strategy.
Maintain organized case files, manage multiple assignments, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include an active license to practice law and experience in personal injury or medical malpractice; strong legal writing, research, organization, and client communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Neos experience preferred; on-site in Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland.
