De functie
Senior Staff ML Scientist to drive the evolution of Venmo’s Agentic Experiences, enabling context-aware, autonomous AI interactions.
Lead design and deployment of agentic systems, including reasoning, memory, and action layers, to deliver proactive user experiences.
Fine-tune production-grade LLMs for Venmo use cases, focusing on alignment, safety, and personalization.
Advance agentic frameworks (A2A, MCP, LangGraph, LangChain) and implement robust context and prompt engineering for multi-turn, multi-source interactions.
Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to shape AI interface roadmaps and production pipelines (MLOps/LLMOps).
Evaluate models and agents, iterate with reinforcement learning and RAG techniques, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
