Senior Labor & Employment Counsel

Provides labor and employment law advice to HR, labor relations, and operations across a multi-brand airline group. Conducts legal research and analyzes issues affecting labor and employment matters. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts, letter agreements, and settlement agreements. Manages disputes including arbitrations and litigation, with or without outside counsel, and coordinates discovery and litigation holds. Assists in negotiating labor contracts as a subject matter expert and collaborates with internal teams to set expectations, reserves, and risk management. May participate in depositions, court appearances, or arbitration hearings and travels for client matters and industry conferences.
