De functie
Diagnose mechanical and assembly issues on production lines, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to sustain line health.
Support or lead MOL projects with complexity appropriate to level, collaborating with production, quality, manufacturing engineering, and electrical engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
Develop 3D models and 2D fabrication/coordination drawings; maintain mechanical design standards, specifications, SOPs, and work instructions.
Participate in peer reviews to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Lead or support mechanical root cause analyses for line stoppages, field issues, and quality escapes; drive cross-functional corrective actions.
Act as a technical resource for field disruptions and quality concerns, while driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
