De functie
The Medical Assistant provides essential clinical support in a primary care setting.
Performs phlebotomy, venipuncture, vital signs, immunizations, and EKGs.
Assists physicians with patient intake, exam preparation, and routine procedures to maintain smooth patient flow.
Maintains accurate documentation, prepares exam rooms, and upholds patient safety and confidentiality.
Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program; BLS required; knowledge of medical terminology and relevant software; one year of experience preferred.
Shift: Mon-Tue 8am-5pm; Wed 8:30am-6pm; Thu 8am-2:30pm; Fri 8am-4:30pm.
