De functie
Perform timely and accurate preventive maintenance on medical equipment to ensure reliable patient care.
Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs, and assist with installations under guidance from experienced Field Engineers.
Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate issues, resolutions, and follow-ups to drive service excellence.
Adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory requirements; document all work and manage parts ordering.
Provide on-site service for hospitals while being available for after-hours calls and rotating on-call shifts.
Collaborate with sales and regional teams to identify value-added services and support on-site deployments; utilize escalation processes as needed.
