De functie
Lead the design and development of ORC and broader Oracle HCM solutions across Recruiting Cloud, Core HR, Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management.
Develop HCM Extracts for recruiting and HR data, and build robust integrations with external ATS, job boards, and HR systems using OIC, REST, and SOAP.
Create and troubleshoot payroll integrations, OTBI and BI Publisher reports, and write PL/SQL scripts for data processing and validation.
Develop applications and extensions with VBCS, Visual Builder, and Oracle APEX, and support Redwood UI modernization.
Ensure secure, scalable end-to-end integrations and deliver fast, reliable data workflows across Oracle HCM and external platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver on project timelines.
