De functie
Lead cross-system fulfillment optimization by designing interpretable ML/DL models and multi-agent RL agents to balance efficiency and service quality.
Develop predictive models of user and driver behavior to inform pricing, dispatch, and supply management decisions.
Create and deploy adaptable optimization models and decision agents that handle multiple objectives and real-world disruptions.
Collaborate with ML engineers and backend engineers to integrate models into real-time production systems.
Produce technical documentation and present methodologies and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requires a Master's degree in a quantitative field with hands-on experience in RL, stochastic control, online learning, and scalable ML deployment.
