De functie
Définir et piloter la stratégie commerciale de l'appel d'offres jusqu'à la clôture du projet.
Gérer l'administration du contrat principal, les changements, les réclamations et les différends.
Rédiger, négocier et administrer les contrats clients, sous-traitants et fournisseurs.
Superviser l'approvisionnement (planification, appels d'offres, analyse des soumissions et recommandations).
Assurer la conformité réglementaire (Code civil du Québec, RBQ, CCQ, CNESST, francisation) et la gestion des risques.
Encadrer et développer une équipe commerciale performante et inclusive, et rendre compte aux dirigeants.
