Lead end-to-end PR and influencer marketing programs for beauty and wellness brands, shaping strategy, partnerships, and activations.
Source, vet, and onboard influencers; oversee negotiations and fair market compensation; manage contracts and deliverables.
Collaborate with social media, creative, and PR agencies to ensure on-brand guidelines and successful content campaigns.
Develop a micro-influencer program and an outreach strategy to expand reach among key consumer groups.
Plan campaigns with clear benchmarks, track performance via analytics, and provide post-launch analyses.
Build strong day-to-day relationships with influencers and cross-functional teams to maximize brand awareness and ROI.
