De functie
This role focuses on civil litigation in Georgia, with emphasis on insurance defense and trucking-related matters.
Duties include actively managing case files, conducting depositions, appearing in court, and participating in trial proceedings.
You will handle trucking and transportation litigation, general insurance defense, premises liability, and construction-related matters.
Additional responsibilities cover product liability, condo association litigation, and fraud-related insurance matters.
Requirements include 2+ years of Georgia litigation experience, active Georgia Bar admission, and a JD; preferred experience in insurance defense or trucking.
The position offers a hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two remote, plus medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and client-facing, data-driven work that values analytical writing and courtroom skills.
