De functie
Own end-to-end Salesforce DevOps pipelines and environment management using Flosum across dev, QA, staging, and production in FedRAMP Moderate settings.
Design and enforce source-driven workflows with Git, branching, automated merges, and smart conflict resolution.
Ensure deployments meet FedRAMP/NIST 800-53 controls, including change management, auditability, separation of duties, and secure promotions.
Automate testing, validation, and rollback procedures to minimize risk and downtime during releases.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, architects, and security teams to optimize metadata, org shape, dependencies, and environment synchronization.
Maintain runbooks, compliance artifacts, and documentation while monitoring pipelines and driving improvements in velocity and reliability.
