Propose and conduct quantitative research into key user behaviors, product flows, and business trends; identify opportunities and next steps with cross-functional partners.
Design and analyze experiments for causal inference, collaborating with engineers, applied scientists, and economists.
Scope new features with product managers and engineers, including scenario modeling to estimate impact on key metrics.
Define and monitor key metrics; investigate changes and propose next steps to improve performance.
Develop topic-area expertise (e.g., how search works) and contribute to data culture through accessible data table design.
Collaborate with and mentor teammates, helping recruit and strengthen the data science function.
