De functie
Define and implement a robust AI control framework aligned with industry standards and internal policies.
Design technical and operational controls across the AI lifecycle, including training data controls, validation data controls, explainability, robustness, and bias management.
Lead assurance activities, define control evidence, testing approaches, and control metrics; support self-assessments and 2LoD reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed governance and risk management across data, models, and deployments.
Drive regulatory compliance and risk mitigation with pragmatic guidance and hands-on oversight of AI risk controls.
Bring 10+ years of experience in internal control, IT risk, or compliance to lead governance initiatives and assurance activities.
