De functie
Oversee corporate governance of North American legal entities, ensuring compliance and consistent governance practices.
Plan and conduct board and shareholder meetings, prepare resolutions, and maintain accurate minutes.
Manage the power of attorney lifecycle, including requests, approvals, issuance, and record-keeping.
Handle notarization, apostille, and legalization of documents across jurisdictions.
Provide M&A support with governance input and timely delivery of requested corporate information.
Support administrative processes including invoicing, vendor onboarding, and cross-functional coordination.
