De functie
As a Senior Data Engineer in Customer Operations, you will own end-to-end data architecture, modeling, and pipelines to support case data, agent performance, and contact center health.
Design and optimize data models and schemas across cross-brand data sources, emphasizing data quality and lineage.
Build and monitor robust ETL jobs using Airflow or Prefect, and develop Looker-ready datasets and dashboards for self-service analytics.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to define consistent metric definitions and governance.
Maintain production pipelines, participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure SLAs are met.
Mentor teams to adopt self-serve analytics and contribute to a scalable data strategy that addresses regulatory and compliance data needs.
