De functie
Lead and oversee daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance and F&B as a Guest Services Manager.
Deliver exceptional guest service, drive service standards, and supervise duty manager shifts.
Participate in management meetings and develop annual business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Plan, implement, and measure profit enhancement programs with cross-department collaboration.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards; uphold brand service excellence.
Flexible shifts available across 365 days; on-the-job training, apprenticeships, and career development opportunities.
