Oversee HR operations and DDD program support, ensuring compliant, high-quality service delivery and alignment with state standards.
Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training compliance, including background checks, certifications, and pre-employment requirements.

Drive ADP Workforce Now and Time Kiosk implementation to streamline HR and payroll processes.
Prepare HR metrics, audit documentation, and participate in inspections to support continuous improvement and quality assurance.
