Define and evolve the machine learning stack for monetization within the Ads domain.
Build and deploy cutting-edge ML solutions to personalize experiences across surfaces such as Homefeed, Ads, Growth, Shopping, and Search.
Use data-driven methods to improve candidate retrieval, ranking, and targeting, leveraging large-scale data and modern ML techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run experiments, validate models, and ship impactful product improvements with rapid iteration.
Stay current with industry trends in recommender systems and content understanding, including the use of LLMs to enhance understanding.
Design for scalability and performance in real-time or near-real-time settings and contribute to a culture of experimentation.
