De functie
Hybrid Staff Data Engineer role in Bengaluru, India, focused on building and operating petabyte-scale data pipelines across the product lifecycle.
You will design and maintain platforms enabling rapid model experimentation, training, evaluation, versioning, and deployment.
Create automated monitoring for data drift, model performance, and operational health to keep fraud-detection models accurate as patterns evolve.
Collaborate with AI/ML researchers and product teams to shorten the path from concept to production, while ensuring security and traceability.
Provide self-service tooling, enforce high data quality, and implement CI/CD pipelines for data and ML workloads.
Utilize MLOps, streaming architectures, and cloud-native systems to scale with data growth while mentoring engineers and shaping engineering practices.
