Engineering Manager - Model Development, Machine Learning Platform

Lead the Model Development & Management (MDM) team to build an integrated SDK and templates that enable end-to-end model development from research to production. Own the strategy and vision for the Model Development SDK, balancing paved-path simplicity with power-user control and integrating with data/feature, training, serving, and evaluation pillars. Build a metrics-led DX roadmap with KPIs such as time-to-first successful remote run, run success rate, mean time to actionable diagnosis, adoption of paved paths, and template reuse. Architect and sustain scalable, secure ML infrastructure spanning laptop-to-cluster execution, multi-node GPU training, and large-scale models. Collaborate cross-functionally with adjacent pillars to deliver a seamless, end-to-end developer experience. Lead and grow a diverse, high-ownership team across Core Frameworks and UX pods, fostering inclusion and measurable impact.
