De functie
Design and deploy safety-focused data pipelines, models, and tooling in partnership with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Execute in-depth safety analyses on operational and simulation data to distill complex findings into actionable risk mitigation strategies.
Develop and evolve safety metrics through hypothesis testing, exploratory analysis, and novel measure validation.
Audit safety evidence across hardware, software, and operations to ensure alignment with quantitative safety arguments and regulatory standards.
Lead the creation of internal and external safety reports and public statements with statistically robust safety arguments.
Present results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and contribute to processes improving data integrity and issue handling.
