Principal Procurement Specialist: Develops and executes procurement strategies, leads supplier interactions, and ensures compliance with FAR, DFARs, and company policies. Requires 5+ years of experience in DoD procurement, strong negotiation skills, and experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
