De functie
Manage an assigned book of commercial lines clients, focusing on retention and supporting new business development.
Lead day-to-day account management activities, including policy administration, billing, claims handling, and coverage analysis.
Drive the renewal process with client research, submissions, coverage negotiations, and proposal presentations.
Monitor accounts receivable, address delinquent balances, and maintain accurate data in agency management systems.
Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to deliver service excellence and timely issue resolution.
Apply industry knowledge, stay current on regulations, and uphold high standards of integrity and teamwork.
