Own strategic management of key accounts, building durable partnerships at corporate and plant levels to maximize value.
Drive revenue growth by meeting targets and executing robust account plans.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with key accounts and prospective customers.
Serve as the primary liaison to resolve complaints, address technical issues, and ensure product performance.
Collaborate with Technical Service, Marketing, Finance, and Pricing to support product implementations and line trials.
Lead cross-functional efforts to forecast, price, manage inventory, and deliver superior customer satisfaction.
