De functie
An Estimator is responsible for reviewing customer enquiries, creating precise quotations, interpreting technical drawings using CAD, calculating costs for materials and labour, liaising with clients and suppliers, maintaining accurate records, supporting sales initiatives, and collaborating with production teams to ensure estimates are practical and profitable. This role requires industry knowledge in construction components such as cast stone or precast concrete, strong numeracy skills, and proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Excel. Candidates should have experience with measurements, pricing, and commercial awareness. The ability to manage multiple deadlines and enquiries while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
