De functie
Drive home improvement projects from inquiry to completion in a busy B2C setting, selling high-quality UK-made products.
Respond to incoming leads, qualify client needs, and schedule on-site visits from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Measure and survey spaces (training provided), discuss options, and prepare accurate quotes.
Manage projects end-to-end, liaising with clients and fitters to ensure smooth delivery and resolve issues.
Travel across the West Midlands, Shropshire, Warwickshire, and Staffordshire; 60% office time and 40% on-site; no evenings or weekends.
Bring strong sales and communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn measurement tools such as a laser.
