De functie
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for events, launches, and seasonal initiatives.
Clarify goals, map target audiences, and shape message frameworks for multi-channel campaigns.
Create rollout plans across web, email, social, print, video, and in-person environments.
Produce clear campaign briefs that guide creative, communications, and project workflows; ensure alignment with the organization’s voice and mission across campuses.
Collaborate with the Creative Director, Marketing Director, and Sr. Project Manager to ensure messaging consistency and timely execution; hand off to execution teams.
Participate in post-campaign reviews, maintain planning templates, and stay current with best practices in church communications and digital strategy.
