De functie
As an IT Delivery Manager, you'll form and coach delivery teams to produce working, tested product increments.
Deliver and facilitate workshops and agile ceremonies, helping teams apply Scrum, Kanban, SAFe concepts.
Actively coach multiple teams, using evidence-based assessments and metrics to tailor coaching plans.
Collaborate with Expedition Lead to keep focus on end-state outcomes, adapting as targets shift.
Demonstrate integrity, emotional intelligence, empathy, and strong communication to navigate change resistance.
Operate across teams with adaptable prioritization, owning outcomes, and monthly travel to NY.
