De functie
As a Staff Data Scientist, you will drive data-driven insights across retail divisions by building advanced statistical models and ML algorithms aligned to business goals.
Direct data gathering, assess data validity, and synthesize large analytics datasets to support project objectives.
Lead a team of data scientists tackling store operations challenges with machine learning and Generative AI, ensuring timely delivery of ML products.
Leverage big data analytics to identify trends and discrepancies, determine additional data needs, and build scalable AI/ML solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable strategies, define success metrics, and quantify business impact.
Promote best practices in MLOps, experimentation, and governance while mentoring junior staff and shaping the data science program.
