De functie
We are seeking a compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join an agency team across Leeds and surrounding areas.
This role works on a rota and shift basis in various care and nursing settings.
Duties include medication administration and accurate documentation.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (AoDL), conduct risk assessments, and help create and implement individualized care plans.
Collaborate with teams, communicate effectively, and adapt to different environments.
Requirements: UK right to work, DBS clearance, 12-hour shifts, and relevant certificates (Medication and Healthcare); NVQ 2/3 preferred.
