Staff Machine Learning Engineer

You will deploy machine learning and data science to enhance the shopping experience and maximize discovery of products within sponsored ads. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evolve solutions for selection, ranking, relevance, deal offerings, click-through prediction, dynamic bidding, and auction algorithms for onsite and offsite ads. Lead new models from ideation through experimentation to production delivery, driving measurable business impact. Publish research at leading ML/AI/Advertising venues to address scale challenges with innovative modeling. Set a high standard for model performance, apply science practices, and mentor junior scientists. Communicate proposals and insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
