De functie
Provide strategic legal guidance on digital assets, spanning securities, banking, and crypto-specific regimes, across multiple business units.
Advise on state and federal securities laws, regulatory requirements, and compliance for digital asset products and services.
Negotiate and draft commercial agreements, licensing terms, and vendor arrangements with external counterparties.
Collaborate with Brokerage, Asset Management, technology teams, and other internal partners to structure compliant blockchain-enabled models.
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting digital asset service providers and advise on product and policy changes.
Demonstrate independence, strong communication, integrity, and a practical, solution-driven approach to complex legal matters.
