Design, implement, and optimize LLM-powered conversational agents with a focus on reliability and user experience.
Fine-tune and deploy LLM-based models and pipelines via REST APIs and internal microservices.
Build prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool-use pipelines, and conversation orchestration logic.
Explore real-time voice, streaming, and multi-modal interaction technologies.
Maintain high-quality datasets with cleaning, preprocessing, labeling workflows, and benchmarking; ensure data quality across the lifecycle.
Collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams on deployment, monitoring, scalability, and contribute to documentation and evaluation frameworks.
