De functie
Lead structural and mechanical design activities for complex systems across project teams.
Conduct in-depth structural analysis using ANSYS and SolidWorks Simulation, and perform stress and strain calculations.
Select materials, develop manufacturing processes, and guide prototype development through testing and validation.
Collaborate with electrical engineers, materials scientists, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of mechanical components.
Create detailed CAD models and drawings, document technical findings, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers, drive continuous improvement, and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
