Machine Learning Engineer - Perception (Internship)

In this 3-month, on-site internship starting June 1, 2026, you will conduct large-scale self-supervised learning for autonomous driving perception models.
You will investigate model scaling laws and develop distributed training pipelines with mixed precision.
You will explore world models, latent dynamics, spatio-temporal modeling, transformers, and 3D scene representations.
You will build cloud workflows linking data curation and evaluation pipelines, and stay current with CV/ML advances.
You will report to a tech lead, receive structured mentoring, and participate in midpoint evaluations and a final project presentation.
The role is on-site in Nihombashi, Tokyo, with visa support and housing for international students; return offers may be available for graduates who complete on time.
