De functie
As a Data Scientist on the Resolutions and Protections team, you will drive margin improvements by reducing losses and OpEx.
You will extract and process structured and unstructured data using SQL and Python to uncover actionable insights.
Develop and validate hypotheses to optimize operational costs while enhancing the customer and merchant experience in disputes.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve dispute resolution processes and efficiency.
Support ad hoc analyses on dispute trends, risk mitigation, and governance of process changes.
This role requires strong analytical skills, business judgment, and the ability to translate data into concise, actionable recommendations.
