De functie
Senior Civil Construction Estimator focused on heavy civil projects and infrastructure.
Review specifications, drawings, and pre-bid information, and visit sites to define scope.
Determine labor, equipment, and materials; prepare accurate bid/proposal packages.
Coordinate with project teams, monitor subcontractors, and assist with change orders.
Support cost forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration while ensuring safety compliance.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in heavy civil, GPS surveying, AutoCAD, strong communication, and a valid California driver’s license.
