Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director - Digital Campaigns & Platforms

Own the internal digital communications strategy for Americas Consulting, overseeing intranet, newsletters, webcasts, podcasts, video, and emerging platforms. Design and execute end-to-end digital campaigns aligned to business priorities, translating objectives into immersive storytelling and ensuring messaging consistency across channels. Provide creative direction across digital content formats, collaborating with designers, agencies and content producers to deliver high-quality assets. Define and monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven optimization. Partner with business leaders, operations, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic narrative, mentor junior team members, and contribute to capability building.
