Senior MLOps Engineer - Hudl Focus

As a Senior MLOps Engineer in the Hardware Group, you’ll build scalable edge infrastructure powering Focus cameras. You’ll own the edge deployment pipelines that move neural networks from training to tens of thousands of devices worldwide and will bridge ML research with software squads across sites. You’ll design and maintain delivery systems enabling model deployments to fleets of devices, and lead re-architecture to a dynamic, granular update mechanism for faster learning. You’ll implement automation to silently test candidate models on production devices and build telemetry to monitor drift, thermal impact, and inference latency in the wild. You’ll tackle edge-specific constraints—low-bandwidth environments, limited storage, and graceful recovery from network failures—and mentor the team on Python tooling, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and drive robust, automated solutions that scale to thousands of heterogeneous devices.
