De functie
The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining containerised workloads on AWS, including provisioning cloud infrastructure and integrating with DevOps toolchains. The candidate will work with AWS services such as EKS, ECS, and other core components, while ensuring high availability and disaster recovery solutions. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. The position requires strong Linux skills, troubleshooting, and excellent collaboration within cross-functional teams. The role is subject to security screening, including national security vetting, due to UK government standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and prior experience with AWS, container orchestration, and cloud native architecture.
