Senior / Staff Data Engineer (BI) – CEG Team

As a Senior/Staff Data Engineer (BI) on the CEG Team, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models powering customer experience analytics and operations.
You will own ETL/ELT pipelines ingesting data from case management, telephony, chat, QA, WFM, CRM, and third-party sources.
You will develop data models and dashboards, ensure data quality, observability, and collaborate with product, operations, and analytics to translate business questions into data solutions.
You will optimize performance, cost, and design for reuse, standardize tooling, CI/CD, and contribute to internal data tools and services.
At the Staff level, you will shape the data and tooling strategy, mentor teammates, and influence cross-team architecture.
You will communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders and drive data-driven recommendations to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
