De functie
Lead end-to-end AI/ML development and deployment for content promotion and discovery, spanning research, model training, offline and online evaluation, and scalable productization.
Build and deploy vision-language models and multimodal LLM systems, driving model training, offline and online evaluation at scale.
Partner with researchers, engineers, product and creative teams to integrate models into platforms and workflows.
Identify high-impact opportunities, define roadmaps, and prioritize research investments to advance the member discovery experience.
Communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
Contribute to the ML community and advance state-of-the-art through innovative research and collaboration.
